SMS Login Verification

Exit Plan Show offers optional SMS authentication so you can choose to receive login verification codes by email or text message. By choosing SMS and requesting a verification text, you consent to receive automated text messages from Exit Plan Show at the mobile number you provide for phone number verification and login authentication. You must own or be authorized to use that number. SMS consent is optional; you can use email verification instead. We do not send marketing, promotional, or unrelated SMS messages.

When you first add a mobile phone number, you must verify it by entering a one-time code sent to that number by SMS. Only successfully verified numbers may be used for future SMS login authentication. Changing a registered number requires you to reauthenticate and verify the replacement number by SMS. We also send an email notification confirming the change.

Our application generates and validates verification codes. We use AWS End User Messaging SMS solely to deliver the messages, not to generate or validate codes. SMS availability is subject to completion of our toll-free number registration, which is currently in progress, and the required messaging setup.

Message frequency varies based on your verification requests. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile carrier's plan.

Reply STOP to the number that sent your verification text to stop receiving verification texts from that number. To resume SMS delivery, reply START or UNSTOP to the same number, subject to carrier support. Opt-out and resubscription handling is managed by AWS and/or your mobile carrier. For our toll-free number, requesting another code or selecting SMS again does not override a carrier opt-out; you must text START or UNSTOP to resume delivery. If you opt out, you can continue using email verification.

Reply HELP to the sending number for assistance, or contact nhood ~at~ exitplanshow.tv. Before SMS authentication is launched, we will configure an appropriate HELP response with Exit Plan Show support contact information.

Keep verification codes confidential and enter them only in the Exit Plan Show verification process you initiated. Do not share codes with anyone. If you receive a code you did not request, do not use or share it, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized account activity. SMS delivery may be delayed, blocked, or unavailable because of carrier filtering, network conditions, device settings, opt-out status, or service interruptions. Delivery is not guaranteed, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You can choose email verification if SMS is unavailable.

Subscription Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds:

All services provided by ExitPlanShow.tv are offered on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to automatic renewal of your subscription at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription.

Payments:

Subscription payments are charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle using the payment method you provided at the time of purchase. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up-to-date.

Cancellations:

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least five (5) days before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the subsequent billing cycle. To cancel, you must contact us at nhood ~at~ exitplanshow.tv. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to the service until that time.

Refunds:

There are no refunds for any subscription payments. Once a payment is processed, it is non-refundable. This includes partial billing periods, unused services, or changes in pricing during your subscription term.
